Flex90 Early Entry Benefits
Making the decision to commit to a 2025 IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 can come with lots of considerations. Can I do it? What do I need? And, especially, in today’s world, what happens if my plans need to change?
Fortunately, with Flex90, IRONMAN’s First 90 Days Registration offer, if your plans change, you can adjust your race date to fit your new goal. Benefits are available when you register for an IRONMAN or IRONMAN 70.3 event within the First 90 Days of the event’s registration opening and are redeemable up to 45-days prior to its start date for transfers, deferrals and partial refunds/withdrawals.
All transfer and partial refund/ withdrawals requests must be made in writing, at least 45 days before the scheduled race date of the event for which you initially registered.¹ Registration must be fully paid in order to redeem transfer or partial refund/ withdrawal benefits.
Transfer or partial refund/ withdrawal options may only be redeemed once.
Please note that Relay registrations are excluded from this offer.
Fee-Free Transfer: Athletes may transfer their registration to any IRONMAN 70.3 event within the same calendar year, and within the same region as the original registration.
The administration fee will be waived however if transferring from a lower priced race to a higher priced race, athletes are required to pay the difference. If transferring from a higher priced race to a lower priced race, athletes will not receive a refund for the price difference. We will make every effort to find a place at a race of the athlete’s choice, as long as the selected race has general entry availability.
All transfer requests must be made in writing at least 45 days before the scheduled race day. Requests must follow the process outlined for the event region, as detailed here, on the transfers, deferrals and withdrawals page.
Partial Registration Refund/ Withdrawal: As a fully paid registrant, an athlete may request via writing a withdrawal and refund, minus initial processing fees (in all regions except Oceania where processing fees are included in the calculation) at the following rate:
