EXPO

We invite exhibitors to take part in the IRONMAN EXPO held in conjunction with the IRONMAN 70.3 Hradec Králové event.

The IRONMAN EXPO will take place from 14 to 16 August 2026 in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. Applications for participation can be submitted exclusively via the online registration form: HERE.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee acceptance to the expo. Upon approval, Sport Evolution Czech will issue a proforma invoice. Exhibitors are required to pay the reservation fee within 7 days of the invoice being issued. If the payment is not received within this period, the booth reservation will be automatically cancelled.

TERMS

EXPO: August 14–16, 2026,

Application deadline: July 30, 2026,

Installation: Friday, August 14, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.,

Dismantling: Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 6:15 p.m.

OPENING HOURS:

Friday, August 14, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.,

Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,

Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Admission for visitors is free.
